Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we can offer you a refund or size exchange . Please note clothes must be completely clean, with no damage and with all its original labels.*

In general terms our return policy is possible, but must be in the first seven days after receive the garment and at the cost of the customer. Customer must send an email with the request to royalkids.ch@gmail.com and enclose the details of the return with tracking number provided. 

*Free return policy is only available in Switzerland. Return from outlet products or important discounts events is NOT possible. 

FAQ- Shipping

Switzerland orders over CHF 75 are eligible for free shipping | 2-5 working days | This offer is not valid during sale periods, unless our website communicates FREE DELIVERY promotion. *Orders must be placed by 10am to be send the same day.

International deliveries are available everyday and starts from CHF 9.90 or equivalent in USD dollars. RoyalKids.ch shows final prices including Swiss VAT but cannot guarantee any additional tax, customs or clearance at destination country. 

FAQ- Sizes

In general therms, Spanish clothes are designed and manufactured to ware more short (lenght of dresses, shorts for boys, etc.) than average and we could say that normally fits small than other global commercial brands.
